Treasure box of shells found on Sanibel

Nothing beats spending time with family, especially on Sanibel.

We were fortunate to have Clark’s brother Scott and sister-in-law Janet come for a fun visit from Texas and also do a little beach combing as well. Of course they are shellers!

There’s only one problem… the time goes by too quickly. There’s too much to catch up on, too much to see, too much to take in and before you know it the time is gone.

It’s just like the ebb and flow of the tide, one has to enjoy every moment and never take for granted what’s right in front of you.

Last night at Gulfside City Park beach, Clark showed me the smallest of his beach finds that he placed on an old broken PEN SHELL. Even though the sun had already set and I didn’t have much light to see the treasures which made the photo a little grainy, it looked so beautiful to me….SAND DOLLARS, WENTLETRAPS and BABYS EARS with a few of my finds too.
