I got word from Barb that the shelling wasn’t very good around West Gulf-Breakers West although there were Disk Dosinia galore.  She said “Think I’ll take a trip to Blind Pass today, find a big mound of shells, sit down and spend the day searching for the little beauties”.

Jane was at the lighthouse at 8 am and found TULIPS, 8 NUTMEGS, one faded ALPHABET CONE,and  a KINGS CROWN. The tide was really low around 10 am and that’s when she found most of her shells.

Thanks Barb and Jane for filling us in since I couldn’t make it to the beach today. I helped move MacIntosh Books to their new location right next door near Cape Nails and Greenhouse Grill.  I love this new space but it’s a lot smaller (we call it “Little Mac” as the old location is “Big Mac”) which might just be a good thing. Congrats Susie and Mark on your new store! It is sooo stinkin’ cute!
