Cyber Shelling Video Unedited

By

My video today is just raw footage of Clark and me shelling at Blind Pass Captiva. Warning: I didn’t add any music, I move the camera a little fast, there are spots on the lens from the spray and because it just rained on us, it’s kinda hard to hear Clark and I didn’t edit a thing. You’d think I would have the hang of this by now, but I don’t think I will ever totally think of the camera first over finding a treasure. But! It was so much fun to see and video all those goodies in the surf as I promised in my last post I Heart Sanibel And Captiva. So I know you’ll understand. Enjoy the cyber shelling!

Wow those are cool shells. Wish I was there now. Was there in June for first time and not much shells then. Love your page. Ty for sharing.

Loved the video..We are coming back in June of 2012 for 2 weeks. This will make our third trip and we absolutely love it at Sanibel Island! We drive from West Virginia. Everyone says we should fly but I tell them we can’t take all of our shelling things on a plane. Also we love taking treasures home with us!

  3. Cindy Schaeffer says:

Wow! I would l love to have some of those shells you found today! When I was there in August there were no shells to be had! We usually go in November and come home with rubbermaid container fulls! The water is much rougher since Lee went through! That makes a difference too. There were no storms when I went. I really need to go back! LOL! Love your website! Thank you for giving us a piece of Sanibel Island!

I picked up your business card and threw it in my purse while in Sanibel the 2nd week in August. Not a great week weather wise as Emily stalled. However, we did manage to get to the beach everyday and I found some nice shells to add to my collection. I log into your website daily and am very much enjoying it. It will sustain me until my return trip next year. Thank you.

Pam, catching up on your posts from this week. Thanks for taking us away again… whether cyber shelling, virtual shelling, or being there like you and Clark are, you still always manage to transport us beyond distance and time… the way you capture the sea, the shelling, the sounds of the water and even hearing your comments and laughter, truly brings joy into our lives as we experience this little corner of Gods majesty through your camera lens and written word…. THANK YOU!!!
Reading your posts has truly brought life to me while I still am house bound due to these dreadful tumors and the recent broken foot… You have no idea how much your site means to me… and I am sure, many others. All the best!
