Many of us retreat to the beach to refresh our minds and senses. Any stress seems to melt right away with the first sniff of salt air and the sound of the sea washing up on the shore. I love the beach. I needed the beach yesterday. I was fortunate enough to sink my toes into that wet sand\u00a0last night\u00a0before sunset and enjoy the peace. Then it happened. Happiness.
