Incoming Shells at Blind Pass<\/p><\/div>\n

This morning may have been a little bland but things changed quickly this afternoon at Blind Pass. At around 4pm there were shells piling up against the jetty rocks with about 6 or so shellers already with bags and buckets filling up with perfect, beautifully colored LIGHTENING WHELKS, TULIPS, MUREXES, OLIVES and all of the favorites. The shelling news spread quickly to multiply to over 20 shellers within a half an hour.<\/p>\n

Jim and Deb were trying to find an extra bag to put all of their shells into since they didn\u2019t expect to find as many keepers as they did.<\/p>\n

Terri brought her mom and two other visiting members of her family out to Blind Pass to shell and they all did fantastic.Terri pulled 3 ALPHABET CONES out of the surf along with a gorgeous ORANGE HORSIE CONCH, and a very large WHELK that they immediately put away in the car. Her mom (she told me all 6 of her kids are shellers) was on the pile finding FLATS and all sorts of shells to fill her bag.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
